Mom not being looked after

My mom is in Yusuf Dadoo public hospital. She is in ward 9 after having a fall. She hurt her back. And is in extreme pain.. She has been there for 10 days and the nurses are not making sure she eats as as well as changing her nappy. She is 81. And in extreme pain. She is supposed to be getting better. But she is getting worse. Right now we are scared she is going to die in there with no help at all. Another patient is now feeding her to make sure she eats and drinks. I am totally disgusted and would like to lodge a complaint about this. We are thinking of getting the money together and getting her transfered to a private hospital to make sure she makes it through.
