DR Yusuf Dadoo Hospital

Mom not being looked after
My mom is in Yusuf Dadoo public hospital. She is in ward 9 after having a fall. She hurt her back. And is in extreme pain.. She has been there for 10 days and the nurses are not making sure she eats as as well as changing her nappy. She is 81. And in extreme pain. She is supposed to be getting better. But she is getting worse. Right now we are scared she is going to die in there with no help at all. Another patient is now feeding her to make sure she eats and drinks. I am totally disgusted and would like to lodge a complaint about this. We are thinking of getting the money together and getting her transfered to a private hospital to make sure she makes it through.

Upgraded Phone but still not Migrated
Hi there, I upgraded one of my phones in June 2017. the Phone arrived on the same day. I had upgraded it online from a Flexi 110 to Smart S Top Up +. The phone number is still sitting on a Flexi 110, The Airtime and data is no longer allocated. I am wanting to know when is the phone number going to be migrated to the Smart S Top Up +. I have been to over 3 Vodacom stores and phoned many times to sort it out. Everytime they tell me it will be migrated the next day, and the next day still the same and it has not been migrated. I have gone on Twitter and Facebook to try and sort it out. It has been over 4 months now. Upgrading online is not working as the service that you get is unacceptable
