We purchased a tent through outdoor warehouse last year. The first one we received was defective and this was returned due to bad stitching in the center of the tent .we received a replacement of which we only used our tent 3 times i have since had to book my tent in for repairs as I found that the stitching was of poor quality along with the fact that the eyelid rings that sticks the tent into the ground detached. I've since had a look at the t and c of tento they issue a 2 year warranty on their website. Its been 2 weeks since the tent has been in to tentco they have subsequently decided to repair the defective item. They only expecting the tent to be back in cape town in two weeks time . My specific mention to the lady at the outdoor warehouse shop was that I need my tent straight away as we planning on camping soon. She took the complaint from the start there was an operations manager who she called he advised they waiting on feedback and there is nothing they can do . We spent in total R12000 on tentco items to kit out our tent to receive ****ty service from tentco and a lack of taking accountability for a defective manufacturing product. Il remind you all we did not spend R500 on a cheap tent we choose to purchase a product which many people received the brand. What's interesting is the fact that the outdoorwarehouse store mentioned tentco issue's replacement for their defective, clearly there is a miscommunication and tenco is either selling products that they are not confident in. I don't need to waste my time and effort in chasing a product that suppose do it's job. I'm looking forward to the excuse tenco will be coming up with on the reason why they refusing to take ownership .

I bought 2 Senior Wanderers in December and 6 of them has holes in the floor sides of the tents. I personally think theres more faulty ones.Outdoor Wearhouse Tygervally's staff are going out of their way to help resolve the problem but no assistance from Tentco.I was in contact with Tentco ,but they never came back to me to this day. Very disappointed in brand. Im tired driving up and down, now im waiting again for new batch because the ones they pitched up has all the same problem.

This has to be the most ****** company i ever came across as a customer. Immediately when you enter the shop, you are being followed not to help you but to guard if you not *****ing. They will even go to the extent of shouting and screaming at their black employees even infront of customers just there in the shopfloor. Black customers must take their business somewhere where they will be treated as customers and not *****s.

Great product! Terrible after-sales support! Received incorrect poles for my Tentco tent setup taking into account I provided photos of what exact poles I needed. After following up with regards to how we can go about exchanging for the correct poles or even a store credit and I'll return the unused poles it seems to be a stock standard email response. "Will forward to Nick and await feedback". It took the Americans in the 70's 4 days to get men to the moon, Tentco cant' give me an answer on my query in 1 month and 4 days. Receiving better service delivery from a government entity than from Tentco.

Two plate gas stove cover advertized size 74x38x25 cm actual size 60x38x7 cms, talk about false advertizing. Surely when someone buys a bag the measurements are critical, so why advertize a bag with te incorrect dimension??
