Second time I’ve supported Henrac. Guess I don’t learn my lesson . 1st Order I waited 3 weeks for my order, I somehow got through to someone on the phone and he said they missed my order. 2nd order was a smart light switch that included a capacitor, no capacitor included in packaging. I mailed, phoned, sent whatsapps, no response. Take your money and run!
Terrible service received. Asked for a quote to fix my existing pool net. Followed up a week later no response. Followed up an additional 2 weeks later where this time my request was left on read and ignored.
Great product! Terrible after-sales support! Received incorrect poles for my Tentco tent setup taking into account I provided photos of what exact poles I needed. After following up with regards to how we can go about exchanging for the correct poles or even a store credit and I'll return the unused poles it seems to be a stock standard email response. "Will forward to Nick and await feedback". It took the Americans in the 70's 4 days to get men to the moon, Tentco cant' give me an answer on my query in 1 month and 4 days. Receiving better service delivery from a government entity than from Tentco.
