I purchased a dress at YDE, The Glen mall on March 23, 2026.
I wore the garment only once, on March 28, 2026, and discovered that it had sustained damage during normal wear. Despite the minimal use and the apparent manufacturing defect, your staff has declined both an exchange and a refund.
I believe this situation warrants reconsideration, as the product failed to meet reasonable durability standards for a single wearing. I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly through either:
An exchange for an identical or comparable item, or A full refund of my purchase
