Still waiting for deposit back from January

They have been holding deposits of mine since early January and this is the third time this has happened, at one stage they told me upon car pickup that "it was raingin and they had no cars and if I could wait a few hours" - only after I complained, I got a vehicle (VW Van) to use.

The staff I fid great, just their system is shocking for getting deposits back - of the blaming the bank when it is them.

It's a shame, as this company normally delivers, but it has become noticeably predatory with it's practices.
