I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had concerning a breakfast order placed through your platform. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order as expected. The Uber driver claimed to have delivered my food to the specified address. However, the receptionist at the location stated that he was at the door but failed to leave my order, even after being asked if everything was alright. Instead of handing over the food, he took a photo and left with it, which is completely unacceptable. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I visited the Wimpy restaurant directly, but unfortunately, I encountered further frustration. The staff, particularly a lady named Mi Mi, did not demonstrate any willingness to assist me. Instead, she seemed more focused on catering to white customers while ignoring others, which is disheartening and unacceptable. As a result, I walked out of the restaurant without my food, feeling both frustrated and disheartened, especially since my money was taken without receiving the service. This level of service is disappointing, and I will not be using your platform again. I hope you take this matter seriously and address these issues to prevent them from happening again in the future.
