Poor customer service

I bought 2 vouchers through Daddy’s Deals. One for archery and one for Segway. We first booked for the archery. I was so impressed that they could give us a booking slot on short notice in Melkbos. My optimism was short lived. It was the worst experience ever!!! The guide did not know how to shoot with the bow. The kids got now introduction on how to shoot. They were basically given a bow with arrows and told to shoot at a box with absolutely no explanation how to do it. With the Segway I only realised the voucher expired a week after that date. I immediately proceeded to try and book with Wild X. I was told that an extension was outside of their control and I needed to contact Daddy’s Deals. I did so and was informed that the voucher could still be redeemed by Wild X. Since I have submitted this feedback to Wild X they have just been blue ticking my messages. I have sent multiple follow up messages and just being ignored. I even offered to pay in an inflationary increase. They seem happy to just walk away with the money without rendering the service. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
