Poor management of Estate
I have been a resident in an estate managed by Whitfields for over 10 years, and the level of service has been consistently disappointing.
There is very little transparency in how matters are handled, and when owners request information, they are often given the runaround instead of clear, direct answers. This lack of accountability has led to ongoing frustration among residents.
The situation has now escalated to the point where critical issues have not been properly managed, causing significant disruption to residents.
I would strongly caution any body corporate or property practitioner against appointing Whitfields as managing agents.

Reviews are never an accurate reflection of the services actually provided. Unfortunately it is sometimes a platform used by persons with an axe to grind. We have on this very platform found competitors making comments, debtors owing thousands to their respective scheme being unhappy about the legal action being taken to recoup the amount owed to the scheme, guards sleeping on duty being blamed on this Company and even when insurance claims are rejected by the insurers, this Company has to bear the brunt of the dissatisfaction.
