Since Mark Z WhatsApp business and are banned without reasons mentioned,no Human agent or consultants just robots automatic replies

Why my business WhatsApp account *** is blocked and under review for 3 days?

Can't communicate with clients nationwide South Africa due to this as I am in the security industry..

Is it blocked forever?

My violation to text new clients or greet them with same message is that violation if not give me reasons why I have to lose my over 10yrs WhatsApp business
