Dear Westbank Team / HelloPeter readers,
Two months ago I submitted a formal notice to Westbank and — despite repeated attempts to get a response — I have received no acknowledgement or update. This lack of communication and poor customer service is unacceptable. What I expect:
A prompt acknowledgement of this complaint.
A clear update on the status of my original notice.
The correct contact email or the name and contact details of the person responsible for handling my case.
I am posting this here to seek a resolution and to warn other customers about the service I have experienced. I would prefer to resolve this directly with Westbank — please contact me as soon as possible.
