Scam

I placed an order with this company on Wednesday, April 4 2018. Made a direct payment into their account which they confirmed they received almost immediately. I was then advised I would receive my package within 48hours and it will be delivered on Friday, April 7 2018. When my package did not arrive on Friday, I contacted the company to ask about my package and they are now not responding.

I spent R999.99 for the supplements. I would like to receive my order or have my money put back into my account. Seems like they are running a scam because when you enquire about the product they are quick to respond but they don't respond as promptly after they've taken your money.
