I was using my device for nearly three years and and had insurance for that time as well. My phone was stolen from a friends house on December 2, 2018. I feel that my claim was denied unfairly because I was not explained that charging my phone at a friend house is leaving open to be stolen as explained by the guy from your insurance team. My insurance was taken out via phone and the lady who read my terms and conditions to me did not explain anyone that does not live me is considered as "unknown people". I have protected this phone for nearly two years and have called MTN customer service on multiple occasions to confirm the terms of my insurance not once until today was it explained that a claim can be denied for this reason. I spoke to a manager and associate who literally told me that sales people do not explain everything because they wanna make the sale and the manager stated reading out the terms and conditions will take an agent two hours and is something they cannot do. When I signed up for this insurance I was not explained properly of these terms, the lady who sold me the insurance said she is reading me my terms and conditions and will only be sending me confirmation of those terms discussed, not once did she mention that this could be a reason for a claim being denied. In nearly two years of having this device this is my first claim and MTN as a company has failed me your customer in providing me with adequate and insufficient information and misleading me into thinking that you would assist me in a time that someone violated my trust and stole from me. Unfortunately I was not aware of the terms and conditions as they were not properly explained to me. They way MTN has handled my claim they had no remorse at all treating me like I was some type of criminal or idiot that did not care for her phone. I cannot go anywhere and everywhere thinking someone will be stealing my phone, living my life suspecting the worse from everyone around me. I have protected this phone for nearly two years, I felt I could trust my friends but clearly I could not as now my device is gone and I am left heartbroken because that phone was my life. If I even thought for a second that someone would steal it I would have not even charged it. The guy on the phone explained i can dispute the claim and so I did. I was advised to send an email to ********** and so i did on December 12, 2018. Until this day there has been no response and no reply. Total bull you take the consumers money every month but when it comes down to you keeping your promise this is the type of service that we get! Pathetic business practices!
I placed an order with this company on Wednesday, April 4 2018. Made a direct payment into their account which they confirmed they received almost immediately. I was then advised I would receive my package within 48hours and it will be delivered on Friday, April 7 2018. When my package did not arrive on Friday, I contacted the company to ask about my package and they are now not responding. I spent R999.99 for the supplements. I would like to receive my order or have my money put back into my account. Seems like they are running a scam because when you enquire about the product they are quick to respond but they don't respond as promptly after they've taken your money.
