Damaged items

Worst experience. The company messaged me stating that they were at the gate. There was as no one there. They arrived about 15 minutes after.

When they arrived they took 2 hours to load the truck; upon arrival the team sat in their truck and after 20 minutes of not saying anything. Then they informed us that they were waiting to hear from their supervisor if they can offload the truck.

They then offloaded the truck. My headboard was damaged, my fridge was scratched and dented too. The company has not provided any feedback and blatantly ignores any emails or messages regarding this.

It was honestly the worst experience and I do not recommend. If I heard back from the company , I will come back and edit this.
