Worst experience. The company messaged me stating that they were at the gate. There was as no one there. They arrived about 15 minutes after. When they arrived they took 2 hours to load the truck; upon arrival the team sat in their truck and after 20 minutes of not saying anything. Then they informed us that they were waiting to hear from their supervisor if they can offload the truck. They then offloaded the truck. My headboard was damaged, my fridge was scratched and dented too. The company has not provided any feedback and blatantly ignores any emails or messages regarding this. It was honestly the worst experience and I do not recommend. If I heard back from the company , I will come back and edit this.
I booked this company to move my furniture. My fridge was dented and sc****d. My headboard was also damaged in the process of moving. I have communicated with the company and the only response I received was that the reason for the damage was that the headboard had to be hoisted and the company was not aware. I realise that this is valid but the fridge was not hoisted. The company was made aware that the house had 3 flights of stairs so I dont understand how them damaging my fridge was justified.
I placed a big order which was delivered on time. The order had missing items (3) and one broken item. I tried to log a return on the broken item but of course superbalist cancelled my return. I also emailed and called superbalist many times regarding the missing items and the only feedback I have gotten is that “its been escalated to our warehouse team”. This is a huge loss of money to me and I expect better from such a big company. This is pathetic.
