Assessor course Certificate

Worst school Ever I registered for the Assessor course in November last year, which was meant to take three months. I submitted my portfolio at the beginning of February, but it has still not been marked. I am very concerned about the level of service I have received. Your course is more expensive compared to other institutions, yet the service has been poor. There has been a lack of communication, and whenever I call, 1 am told that someone will get back to me, but that has not happened. I find this situation very disappointing. I registered last year, while my sister registered this year with another institution and has already received her certificate. I would appreciate urgent feedback regarding the status of my portfolio.
