I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received. For over a year, I have been attempting to resolve the same issue, but no meaningful progress. This prolonged delay is unacceptable and has caused me significant frustration. Avalon, the account manager, is not helpful at all. It's either she's away or never returns to emails or calls
