Worst sectional title management
They do not respond to emails from their members. Been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund on a deposit. Say far away if you are looking for a sectional title management company.

27 Jul 2023, 07:21The deposit being referred to can only be released on approval from the trustees of the scheme, as it is held in relation to building work done. After previous communication, the request to refund the deposit was directed to the trustees on the 17th July. This was followed up on the 25th July 2023 and feedback after inspection was provided by the trustees yesterday (26th July) at 15h38. The feedback will be sent to you this morning as there are conditions to the release of the deposit, set by the trustees. Our function as managing agent is that of financial and administrative management. We do not have the jurisdiction to make decisions on behalf of the body corporate and this should be considered when reviews of this nature is done. We will communicate per email as to the feedback from the trustees.
