I wanted to share my incredible experience with Wallet Junkie and extend a massive thank you to the entire team—especially Nicole, who handled my enquiry with such professionalism and care. It is rare to find a business in South Africa today that truly puts its customers first, but this was customer service at its absolute best. The Experience The Request: I reached out regarding a repair for a wallet I purchased over three years ago. The Response: Nicole responded almost immediately, efficiently collecting all the necessary information without any hassle. The Outcome: To my complete surprise, only a few days later, I received a brand-new replacement wallet. Zero Cost: There were no additional fees for the replacement. No Red Tape: They didn't hit me with endless questions or "fine print" despite the age of the original product. Efficiency: The entire process from enquiry to delivery was swift and seamless. The quality of their wallets is amazing, but their after-sales service is even better. I will definitely be recommending Wallet Junkie to everyone I know. I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a women’s purse just before Christmas and selected the collection option, as the website indicated an 8–9 day turnaround. From that point on, I tried multiple times to get in touch to confirm business hours and collection details before Christmas. I phoned (no answer and no return call), emailed (no response), sent a WhatsApp, and even tried Instagram DM and not once did I receive any feedback. The product may be great, but the complete lack of communication is extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect at least one response across four different communication channels. I really hope this can be resolved, but based on my experience so far, the customer service has been very disappointing.

This is my second order. First order, no problem! However this order, not so good. I have placed an order on the 23rd of Dec. I know deliveries will only take place in the new year. I have not recieved any communication like my first order. I tracked the parcel and it was delivered on the 5th. I opted for delivery to BOB locker,so I contacted Bob lockers as I have not yet recieved a pin. I gave my tracking and order nr to him and on his side its shows a different persons name and its been delivered to Mosselbay (I am in Brackenfell) I have phoned, whatsapp messages and email. No response from them! Hope they can rectify this soon!

I have placed an order two weeks ago I have not received it even today. Also note that the order was supposed to come in 3-5 days. It's almost 15 days now and they are ignoring me or WhatsApp. On email they told me that my order is on the way but upto today I haven't received the order
