Goldwagen Brakpan Dalpark incompetence/poor customer service
VIASHA sold me C30 parts instead of S40 parts on 2026/04/28. I gave her my licence disc so she could get the VIN number. She captured the number & asked me if my car is a C30 (I was surprised since the VIN number provided the car's information) I told her it's S40. I found out from my mechanic that the parts are for C30! Viasha wasted my time & money. I returned the wrong parts on 2026/05/09 & asked to lodge a complaint, the manager refused to take my complaint. Viasha is *********** & the manager does not care! Poor service! No care for the customer! The person who exchanged the parts punched in the VIN number & S40 was displayed on the screen! Why did Viasha give me wrong parts? The answer is - incompetence & uncaring manager!

14 May 2026, 12:09Manny Christofides, the branch manager sent me an email of apology on the 11 May - after head office responded to my email complaint. He asked for my phone number which I provided on the same day. Guess what? He has not called me. So much for the apology!
