Pathetic service from Wa Auctions

I ordered a bunch of stuff on auction in April 2020 nd I only got a portion of my stuff in August I understood that it mayb due to the lockdown. When I received the first batch I thought everything is back to normal made another bid to date I have still not received my gas heater ordered in April. When I enquire I am told the item will be sent within 14 days it's been months. No accountability just threats to clients. Pathetic service I told them to give me refund or if they don't have the heaters in stock then I should bid for something else to the amount of the heater they said they will refund still waiting
