This is a scam company. Beware! They have no website, and their email address is [email protected] Using the WhatsApp name Nicole Bowen and number +27 71 416 7538 but the latest real name is Nick Maphumulo.... The real and legitimate company is https://www.whauctions.com/

WA Auctions is a scam running for Rustenburg.
This company based at a house in Rustenburg is the worst kind of scam I have come across. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a long time and told people to back off from being nasty to the Admin. But then things changed when they started to ignore my request for help with my undelivered items. At times when they would reply the excuses were so lame. Please people in Rustenburg, will you go and knock on their door and tell them that they are stealing from hard working people.

WA Auctions AWOL!!!
Customer Services is basically non existant. They were hidding behind the COVID-19 Pandemic and restrictions using it as an excuse for not dispatching my products!!!! The whole of 2021 they issued 1 tracking list to date. Last I enquired, they said they have now stopped WhatsApp auctions but will be dispatching all parcels. Now they have disappeared!

WA Auctions AWOL!!!

WA AUCTIONS FRAUD COMPINY.
This company is a fraud group. I have ordered items last year April 2020 and I have not received all. Its now March 2021. I have been massaging them every week and get the same response of new ownership and so on. Looks like the new owner is worst then the previous owner. Sins my last request for my out standing they looks to have blocked me. Not calls and massages goes through to them.

Dear Peter I would like to express my deepest poorest, disappointing service from WA Auctions. I bought good on the 25 of September 2020(32 inch smart tv and 2x smart key board, payment reference is 0795448822 and these were fully paid), I have been following up on my paid good from September 2020. I tried to call and text and no one responded to date, even when I request my refund they have not responded. I have ran out of options as there's no way they can be contacted and there had been multiple complains on Facebook as well. I will be very happy I can get assistance regarding this matter. WA Auctions Strikes Again!!
Reading all of these reviews online and it is all the same story to the letter. It seems that for all of us who have been removed from our money and no recourse. Thousands of Rand owing and then "BOOM" they have disappeared into thin air - no contact details, no website, no goods delivered and no monies refunded to us despite a million promises both verbally and in writing to do so. Justice MUST prevail!!

Pathetic service from Wa Auctions
I ordered a bunch of stuff on auction in April 2020 nd I only got a portion of my stuff in August I understood that it mayb due to the lockdown. When I received the first batch I thought everything is back to normal made another bid to date I have still not received my gas heater ordered in April. When I enquire I am told the item will be sent within 14 days it's been months. No accountability just threats to clients. Pathetic service I told them to give me refund or if they don't have the heaters in stock then I should bid for something else to the amount of the heater they said they will refund still waiting
