Unfair/*****ulent action

VCCB listed me as being under debt review while our debt review order was cancelled in 2018. Unfortunately we are married in community of property, thus i was also listed. After clearance cert all credit buros updated except VCCB because they came into being in same year i was listed. I opened a dispute with VCCB attached supporting docs but they will only accept if dispute is initiated by our counsillor. Unfortunately our counsillor is no longer in business because we tried for months to communicate with him. Our only option now is to open a case against VCCB and claim for damages since 2018 (cancellation letter). To make matters worse the is affiliate buro's who publish this *****ulent information on public registers. I already communicated with NCR and Credit Ombud.
