Vacation Hub International refuse to pay out my 10 year cashback bonus.

Never let Vacation Hub Internation holiday Club fool you when they invite you for a presentation. After being a member for 10 years, I am entitled to a cashback bonus, but they refuse to pay it out. I have to present a membership certificate, but they cannot provide me with one. It is not on my profile if I open it on the website. The contract states that you get a payment after 10 years. I never skipped 1 payment. Communication was only done through one person, there is no other way you can contest their decision.

I do not recommend them at all.
