Good product, but stronger coordination was needed
Universal Kitchens supp**** a good-quality product, and the final kitchen is satisfactory, but the renovation process would have benefited from stronger coordination and clearer upfront responsibility boundaries.

Professional, efficient and obliging
Had a great experience with Universal in George, and at a very reasonable price. They designed and fitted a kitchen, bar, BICs and bathroom vanities in our new build. Jakes was very helpful, creative and patient when designing each element. Workmanship was very professional. And they were able to accommodate the builder's changing schedule.

I just wanted to say thanks again for the amazing work Universal Kitchens did on our kitchen. The quality of workmanship and customer service was top-notch! 🤩 They sorted out all the snags super quickly and professionally. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a kitchen makeover. Big shout-out to Jason too for always being available to help out. I have used Universal Kitchens on 3 occasions now
I have used Universal Kitchens on 3 occasions now. Their pricing is decent, designs are great. They always address any issues promptly. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to my friends.
