Francesca did her best to assist, but unfortunately your business accepted payment of over R8000 without first confirming the correct product information or stock availability. I was then informed that the product is not actually stocked, and I am now left waiting an unclear amount of time for a refund.
This has honestly been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I gave your company a second opportunity to assist with sourcing the products, but the experience only reinforced my concerns from the first interaction. Sadly, I would not feel comfortable recommending your business to others based on this experience.
I also understand now that sourcing these inks in South Africa is extremely difficult, which makes the lack of transparency around availability even more frustrating.
