I am a supplier to the government and recently visited your website where I saw the listed price for the product. I attempted to place the order online and make payment, however the website was not functioning properly.Because of this, I contacted United Business Solutions to assist with placing the order. One of your sales representatives, Casslan Paul, called me back and we both confirmed the price that was listed on the website during the phone call.However, before sending the quotation, the price was changed by approximately 45% from what was displayed on the website. I am now being expected to pay an additional ±R17,000 due to this change.This situation is unfair as the price was clearly visible on your website and was also confirmed by your sales representative. I cannot be held responsible for price changes made after the fact.Furthermore, I already have a client waiting for the stock, which I promised to deliver within 7 days. Because of this unexpected change, I now risk losing business due to what appears to be false or misleading pricing from United Business Solutions.I kindly request that this matter be resolved urgently and that the order be honored at the price that was listed on the website and confirmed by your representative.Kind regards.Dumisani Abdul Shilubana
