Refund process pathetic

18/02/2026 I’ve been going back and forth regarding my refund. When I followed up I was told to wait as turn around time is 15 working days. It’s way past that and I still haven’t received it yet. Instead they asking for proof of payments for other payments that have nothing to do with the refund I’ve been requesting. #***7 [#***3]
