Oh my Word. Please people pay attention that dealing with this company is a massive waste of time. This company apparently does not understand that a human may have more than one bank account number and that a salary CAN get paid into a credit card not just a savings/transmission account. Also it seems that it goes against any human protocol that money can get transferred between bank accounts for debit orders to run. This is so laughable to think that companies that policies are still stuck somewhere in the pre internet age can still survive.

Paid up account With Unifi Loans, I had two accounts. Since last month, on September 19, 2025 all of my accounts have been fully paid. I was assured that the credit bureau will update my credit record. Unifi hasn't kept their word as of yet. I’ve been calling them for almost a month now my credit score keeps on dropping because they don’t want to update on their side I don’t know what to do anymore I have paid up letters they sent to me

Dear Hello Peter Team, I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Unifi Loans regarding the way they have been handling my loan account. Unifi has handed my loan account over to their collections/accounts department; however, they continue to charge me interest on top of interest. Despite making several payments towards the loan, the outstanding balance never decreases because all my payments are being allocated towards interest only. I have contacted Unifi via phone and email multiple times to request an explanation, but they have failed to provide a clear answer or solution. It is ******** to charge compound interest (interest upon interest) on a loan account that has already been handed over for collection. I am requesting that this matter be rectified immediately. All payments I have made should be recalculated and correctly allocated, and the balance adjusted accordingly. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) under the National Credit Act for further investigation. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that Unifi addresses this issue promptly and fairly. Kind regards, Sergio 0636489010

Group of ****mers.i settle my loan via EFT in march sent proof of payment still they are deducting my money every month R500.i have sent millions of emails and spoke with their useless agents without any help.always they are claiming not to see my proof of payment.in march when I settled the loan it was 1500 even now in June it is still 1500 after they deducted for 3months.do not take a loan from this people.I Regret every day
