Ultimate Torch from Facebook is a ****!
Placed an order in good faith on the 29th of April 2026, supporting local and I was ****med. So disappointing because it is key to support small local business rather than the huge retailers but unfortunately it was a **** on facebook. I tried to mail several times to [email protected] and [email protected], got an initial response but then all went dead. I also messaged on +27 72 329 8224, also got an initial response but then again all went dead. I paid via apple pay and received an invoice straight away so all seemed good but its not! There is a ***** behind these torches and they will ***** your money and not deliver anything at all Be aware this is a ****, don't buy anything off a Facebook reel. If it looks cool, go to their website rather and buy directly (but not in this case with ultimate torch, it is all a ****)

Do yourself a favour and read the reviews before buying from this guy! I bought lights from him and never received anything. I’ve tried contacting him, but he doesn’t answer his phone — only sends messages with a bunch of excuses. If anyone else has had the same experience with this guy, or knows his address, please message me.

Stay away from Ultimate Torch South Africa
Warning to all buyers in South Africa . Mr Richards promises top notch torches and then delivers the wrong torch. He emailed me back only after I posted about it on Facebook and now he is not even taking my calls, emails or messages. Terrible business man and you’ll most likely get the wrong torch from China

Stay away from Ultimate Torch South Africa

*******MER ALERT***
******* WARNING***Should have done a bit more research as I normally do before buying…this John guy takes your money and that’s the end of it. Declined your calls and then sends a WhatsApp saying please WhatsApp him. As soon as he sees you’re querying an order it’s radio silence. Even after highlighting to him that I have an active involvement in working together with SAPS, he refuses to respond. Please anyone else who was ****med, open a case, the more cases we have against him the better!

Ordered two torches begining of march 2026.0Waited 3 weeks, only revived one, Contacted Johan via WhatsApp, made all types of commitments of sending outstanding torch. 07 May 2026 today. Now he lost my address. I made peach that I was run in . So please be careful ordering your products

Worst ever
Ordered on the 8 of February only received my order after I had too constantly follow up on 3 of march, after begin being told my order is on its way and then they struggling with stock on different occasions. I got promised an extra item cause of the delay and for my troubles. But did not receive my extra item. I don't care about the extra product its principle There after market service is no existing, and have to beg to receive your stuff you paid for.
