Ultimate Torch from Facebook is a ****!

Placed an order in good faith on the 29th of April 2026, supporting local and I was ****med. So disappointing because it is key to support small local business rather than the huge retailers but unfortunately it was a **** on facebook. I tried to mail several times to [email protected] and [email protected], got an initial response but then all went dead. I also messaged on +27 72 329 8224, also got an initial response but then again all went dead. I paid via apple pay and received an invoice straight away so all seemed good but its not! There is a ***** behind these torches and they will ***** your money and not deliver anything at all Be aware this is a ****, don't buy anything off a Facebook reel. If it looks cool, go to their website rather and buy directly (but not in this case with ultimate torch, it is all a ****)
