Luxury, Comfort & Quality All in One
I recently purchased a lounge and dining room suite from Ultimate Lounge Collection, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was professional, helpful, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The quality of the furniture is exceptional — you can immediately see and feel the craftsmanship. The lounge suite is not only incredibly comfortable but also adds such an elegant, modern touch to my living space. Absolutely love the store! Greeted by the friendliest sales reps who assisted me Throughout my visit! Stunning furniture and such an amazing experience! Didn’t buy anything unfortunately, but I will definitely be back! Such an awesome team that truly understands customer care.

The service we have received is on an acceptable level and can be improved. The furniture we bought is very beautiful and was delivered on time. But we have not received anything in writing to confirm their warranty for the items bought. When I called they said it is one year but that was not written anywhere. Their communication is very bad

Lounge suit
We bought a lounge suite a year ago from this company on a Saturday and paid R20 000 for a suite that they told us had minor repairs, like leather marks repaired. We were fine with minor, but on the Sunday when we unwrapped the chairs, we found that they were standing very skew. On further inspection we saw that the basis of the chairs were incomplete and that they repaired with wires underneath. When we phoned them on the Monday, we were told that they do not want it back even when I explained to them that their warehouse was dark and that the chairs were standing in rows and that we could not have seen this at that stage. We were told <br> we can bring it back and they will resell it on our behalf. The problem with this is that it will become again our problem if the next person gets home with this detective lounge suite.. We were told that if we take this to lawyers which we did, they will stretch it out. We even went as far as the consumer protection act. Still no thing is done. A year later and all the chairs are even skewer, and are falling apart, as well as the colour is fading<br> Now.
