I am sorry that I am only sending this email today, however due to everything that happened I have to put extra leave in to get the move done. I commend you on the fast service when you guys responded to us with helping with the move but the following happened:
They morning of the move they were waiting at Amberfield glen, this was not a major problem and I sent a pin location They could not put the truck of as it won’t start again and it left us with a house full of fumes ( also not a train smash but uncomfortable) They get stuck next to the road from 9 am to 4h30 – As I was told the move is quick. That’s 7 and a half hours as I had to go do an inspection for my other place but My stuff is still in the house or rather not everything is moved – Apart from that fact, you guys loaded my freezer and everything inside is spoiled and that was new groceries We bought. They broke my kid’s brand new cupboard because of negligence. I was standing and watching and it fell from the top. Some of my boxes are missing but I can’t tell you which ones. They drove off with my tools – however they did return them Look I understand being human and being tired and and… however this is a business and its expected of me to pay for a service which I don’t really think we got at the end of the day. Now I pay you R1999.00 (R2000.00) and I run a loss of R3000.00 and I need to pay you. So this trip cost me R5000.00 which I won’t accept. I want you to sort this out for me because I Cannot lose all my food and a cabinet due to circumstances. You need to contact your insurance company and get this claimed as I won’t accept this loss.
