I had a very bad experience with Ultimate Logistics and I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services. Maisen gives false and empty promises when they want you to use them but once you use their services you will be attended by a very rude manager whom you never interacted with by the name of Nigel. He does not have good customer service and no manners at all! They broke my coffee table and the delivery guys promised to come back and fix it and they never did. I had a missing bag, which they left with another customer while offloading her things. They went to fetch the bag after a few days and it got to me with some things missing inside. I told that Maisen guy whom I've been communicating with the entire time about these incidents and till today no one has responded and nothing has been fixed. I curse their business and I curse them for that matter! They treated me so bad and with so much disrespect. On top of that, they arrived late to pick my things and almost missed my flight and also I had to wait days for delivery! Days way beyond the agreed time!

I have had the worse experience with Ultimate Logistics, Maisen as he calls himself, didn't communicate well when fetching or dropping of my furniture. He sent me an inventory list of which I ticked the option of loading a Kawasaki ZX12R, and he gave me a price of how much it would cost to go from Pretoria to Richards Bay on 27 December 2021. The drivers were late and the clouds started building up. Eventually the drivers came on a Kia K2700 with a torn sail and a trailer of which the lights did not work and it started pouring rain. They loaded the bakkie and left everything in the rain while they stood in our home that we were moving out of. Myself and my boyfriend had to take the furniture out of the rain and put the torn sail over our fridge, washing masjine, one couch (part of an L-Shaped couch) and speakers. I immidiatly called Maisen and told him how upset I am over the service, he adviced me that the wet boxes would be replaced. On 30 December 2021 they dropped off out furniture at the wrong address where they had to load back on the truck and come to the address we scheduled for. 9 out of 15 boxes was in black bags (not replaced as he said he would, proof on mail and whats app) our bike looks like it had fallen of a driven vehicle (proof of how it looked when it was loaded and offloaded), my tv does not work at all anymore. I immidiatly phoned Maisen and told him that I want to claim from their insurance, which they stated I took on my Invoice). He informed me that I must send a mail with the damages. I sent him a what's app to inform him of the mail, since that day (30 December 2021) He has not gotten back to me. Was told on Google why the owner that Maisen no longer works for Ultimate Logistics SA, yet he can send mails to my friends (that are trying to help me get more info on the company). My dad phoned him, and apparently his name is Alex and not Maisen, and his supervisors name is Luke, who'm is also ignoring us. This company seems that it is not registered and they took my money, without paying for the damages that they have caused.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! Ultimate Logistics transported my Daughters furniture on an open truck on 27 December 2021, they left Her belongings in the rain and 80% of the load was water damaged. She had to personally take the couch, computer, tv and other boxes out of the rain while the 2 guys just stood inside the house waiting for the rain to stop. She immediately complained, phoned Maisen on 27 December 2021 and he (Maisen) stated they would fix everything. The day of delivery (30 December 2021) She only received 9 out of 15 boxes in black bags, She lost a few things, smart big screen tv was broken, new fridge was damaged and the superbike that Ultimate Logistics also transported has been severely damaged, unusable condition now, seems like it fell of the truck at high speed ! Couch only has 3 legs now instead of four, with a constant wet smell. She Tried to claim from Ultimate Logistics insurance and send several emails, but Maisen is still non responsive on e-mails and what's app for the past two weeks. She has photos of when they loaded everything in the rain in Pretoria and how it looked when it was off loaded off the truck in Richards Bay. I have send Maisen an email as well, still eagerly awaiting any reply from Maisen. Would most definitely not reccomend Ultimate Logistics at all.

Even after writing reviews, ect, Maisen N is still not responding. I wrote what's apps and mails, tried calling and no pick up. His business is not registered it seems, so I am unable to reach him. After damaging my couches, breaking my tv and my Kawazaki ZX12R, with a few minor missing property, promising over mail that he has insurance, of which I have proof of the company loading my property (state of my furniture) and how it looks while they are busy offloading my property (state of which I received it back). Poor business and bad customer services.

Even after writing reviews, ect, Maisen N is still not responding. I wrote what's apps and mails, tried calling and no pick up. His business is not registered it seems, so I am unable to reach him. After damaging my couches, breaking my tv and my Kawazaki ZX12R, with a few minor missing property, promising over mail that he has insurance, of which I have proof of the company loading my property (state of my furniture) and how it looks while they are busy offloading my property (state of which I received it back). Poor business and bad customer services.

The day of delivery I received 9 out of 15 boxes in black bags, lost a few minor things, tv was broken, my bike that I also transported has been damaged, unusable condition now. Couch only has 3 legs left instead of four, with a constant wet smell. Tried to claim from their insurance, Maisen is non responsive on mails and what's app. I have proof of when they loaded everything in the rain and how it looked when it was offloaded off the truck. Will definitely not recommend.

Had the worse experience with this removal company. They are very unprofessional the sales rep we worked with was so rude and not helpful at all. There service is the worse. Was scheduled to move Friday at 09:00. They did not pitch. After we phone we were told that they are running late because they are busy moving someone else. But we were scheduled for 09:00. They only arrived after 3 that afternoon after numerous phone calls back and forward with the driver as the rep that booked our move did not awnser his phone. SECONDLY the truck was to small after I send him an Inventory list and he reassured me the truck will be sufficient. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

Had the worse experience with this removal company. They are very unprofessional the sales rep we worked with was so rude and not helpful at all. There service is the worse. Was scheduled to move Friday at 09:00. They did not pitch. After we phone we were told that they are running late because they are busy moving someone else. But we were scheduled for 09:00. They only arrived after 3 that afternoon after numerous phone calls back and forward with the driver as the rep that booked our move did not awnser his phone. SECONDLY the truck was to small after I send him an Inventory list and he reassured me the truck will be sufficient. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I am sorry that I am only sending this email today, however due to everything that happened I have to put extra leave in to get the move done. I commend you on the fast service when you guys responded to us with helping with the move but the following happened: They morning of the move they were waiting at Amberfield glen, this was not a major problem and I sent a pin location They could not put the truck of as it won’t start again and it left us with a house full of fumes ( also not a train smash but uncomfortable) They get stuck next to the road from 9 am to 4h30 – As I was told the move is quick. That’s 7 and a half hours as I had to go do an inspection for my other place but My stuff is still in the house or rather not everything is moved – Apart from that fact, you guys loaded my freezer and everything inside is spoiled and that was new groceries We bought. They broke my kid’s brand new cupboard because of negligence. I was standing and watching and it fell from the top. Some of my boxes are missing but I can’t tell you which ones. They drove off with my tools – however they did return them Look I understand being human and being tired and and… however this is a business and its expected of me to pay for a service which I don’t really think we got at the end of the day. Now I pay you R1999.00 (R2000.00) and I run a loss of R3000.00 and I need to pay you. So this trip cost me R5000.00 which I won’t accept. I want you to sort this out for me because I Cannot lose all my food and a cabinet due to circumstances. You need to contact your insurance company and get this claimed as I won’t accept this loss.
