Ucook brings you something different to eat at night
Love the quality of the ingredients. Always nicely packed and stays fresh according to their notes as to "eat' within the amount of days as on their website and the packages. Now my husband enjoys cooking. He likes to cook when it is with Ucook.

I cook poor performance
Been sitting late evening waiting for food to arrive. Cant contact the driver and can’t contact the help center(before 5). 1star for service and help centre performance( needs to actually be contactable)

Order (non) Delivery
Order (non) delivery and facts when asked about the delivery of the order is inaccurate without proper information. On 29 January placed an order – upon placing the order the message said it will be dispatched on Monday 2 February 2026. I logged a ticket on 3 February 2025 as I have not received my order to ask when the order will be dispatched. On 4 February 2026 I had a missed call from Ucook Support and I sent an email later that same day to apologize for missing the call, but also making them aware that I cannot take calls during the day due to the nature of my job, but I can respond to emails or whatsapp messages. On 5 February 2026 I again sent an email to ask for a response as I still haven’t received anything or heard back from anyone to confirm the delivery date. On 6 February 2026 I sent another follow up message. On 10 February 2026 I received an email that confirmed that the driver arrived at my office and found me outside smoking and that I instructed the driver to take the box inside which he did and marked the order as delivered. They tried calling me on the day (which I assume was the call on 4 February which I missed) and I did not answer. With this information they are closing the ticket as the driver delivered the order. On 10 February 2026 I responded to that email to point out that their facts are completely incorrect. One I don’t smoke and 2 I did not receive anything. I asked them to not close the ticket and confirm who took delivery of the box. I again asked them not to call me, but correspond via email and I also confirmed that I did check with my security before I left the office if there was any delivery for me, the same day I missed the call from Ucook Support. On 14 February 2025 I received an email from Ucook support confirming that my ticket is now closed. If I feel that it is not resolved I can I reply to the email. On 15 February 2025 I logged a new ticket and ever since I have not heard anything from Ucook. This order was for a significant amount. I have not received my order and I am not getting any positive response from the team.

This isn’t a “tried it once” kind of service for me; it’s been part of my life for years, and I still genuinely look forward to every delivery. Yes, the flavours are amazing, the meals are interesting, and the convenience is unbeatable—but what really sets UCOOK apart is how much it’s taught me. I’ve learned how to cook, how to work with ingredients I never used before, and how to combine flavours in ways I honestly wouldn’t have attempted on my own. You don’t realise how stuck you get in the same food routine until something like this shakes things up. Every week feels fresh and exciting, while still giving you the option to reorder old favourites (which I definitely do). And those little free sample gifts they throw in every now and again? Such a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel thoughtful and generous. I’ve been ranting about UCOOK for years—and it’s contagious. My guests are obsessed. Even my partner, who is not a vegetable fan, absolutely loves these meals. He’s said more than once that UCOOK somehow incorporates vegetables in a way that’s so flavourful you don’t even think about the fact that you’re eating them. The portions are also properly substantial, which I really appreciate. All in all, this is just an awesome concept done exceptionally well. Creative, convenient, educational, and genuinely great value for money. UCOOK has completely changed how I cook and eat, and I honestly can’t imagine my weeks without it. Love everything about Ucook.
Literally love everything about them. Now and then I wouldn't mind a few more recipes for the carb conscious or low calories. But that is also understandable that they can't have too many recipes/order since they also have to order. And everything is always very good quality and fresh. Delivery is always hassle free. Only one thing I sometimes make the mistake of only ordering 2 meals for 1 week. It is sooo nice to have everything at home and not forgetting an item to buy at the shop and get stuck on your recipe.
