I am extremely concerned about an incorrect charge on my account. I want to make it clear that I do not have an Uber One membership activated, yet I have been billed as if I do.
This charge is unauthorized, and I request that it be reversed by the end of business today. I expect this matter to be treated with urgency and resolved promptly.
Please investigate this issue and ensure that no further charges of this nature occur on my account. I would also appreciate confirmation once the reversal has been processed.
