Urgent Request to Close Expired Dispute

I am writing to formally request the immediate closure of dispute reference number 01713246.

The dispute has already passed its expected closing/resolution date, yet it still appears to remain open. I have made several follow-up calls regarding this matter and am frustrated by the continued delays and lack of resolution.
