Worst service and experience

We booked a return trip from Johannesburg to Elim. The bus arrived 2hours late from the normal departure. No explanation or communication from Prasa. The buses are old and dirty. Prasa does not prioritize their customers safety and well being. There is a lot of passenger's and bus exchanges from every stop. Their drivers don't respect roads rules and always over speeding while driving old fleet without brakes. Our trip was a nightmare from departure to return trip. Prasa kindly prioritize securing new buses and train your drivers.
