TradeInn is great for sport equipment and brands that you struggle to find in South Africa. I ordered sport equipment from TradeInn on Thursday evening and it was delivered to South Africa on Tuesday. The product was delivered in perfect condition and it was exactly what I ordered. Tip: pay a bit extra for the DHL courier (avoid the regular postal service). Also be prepaired to pay an import duty (about 20% of the value of the product). The communication from DHL was also very good. I would definitly order from them again.

This is a proper ****. Ordered goods, paid for the most expensive delivery to ensure on time delivery. When delivery date arrived, order status was still reflecting "in transit to dispatch centre". I decided to cancel the order then they would "automatically" refund you in 3 business days if paid via credit card. They say that they made the payment on 14Feb which was a Saturday which is contradicting their own policy which says they only process on business days. Don't even think about buying goods from them.

Under no circumstances would I recommend ever ordering anything from this company, at least if you in South Africa. Without going into all the sordid detail, the bottom line is: - they take no responsibility for delivery. If your items don't turn up, too bad, never mind that shipping responsibility was fully in their hands. - they are impossible to communicate intelligently with. The only mechanism is via email; responses received are limited to reiterating that tracking link, with no attempt whatsoever to engage with the content of my email to them Nearly two months after their own estimated final delivery date nothing has been received and the tracking status has not changed for a month, with me powerless to do anything at all about it.

If I could give it a minus or a zero, I would. Been waiting for delivery for over 10 weeks. Delivery was set for 31 December 2025. The status of delivery is awaiting customs in my country. They blame my country, really?, Why? Change your delivery to something reliable, like Temu, Shein or many others. You are the company that want to sell in my country. Not my fault, or my country.

I placed my order on the 19 of December 2024, it is not almost 2 months late. All i get is a generic, wait and be patient message. This is the most ridiculous service ever.
