I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and poor service I have received from Tracker.
My debit order date has always been the 1st of every month, yet on 23 May you deducted money from my account without my authorization, without notice, and without any explanation. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I have been a paying customer for quite some time, and never once has this happened before. Suddenly deciding to debit my account whenever you feel like it is unacceptable behaviour from a company that expects customers to trust them with their services and payments.
To make matters worse, when I contacted your office to resolve this issue, nobody was willing to assist me properly. I was passed around and left without answers or a solution. Your customer service is shocking.
I want my money refunded back into my account immediately and I expect someone competent to contact me urgently to explain how this happened. If this matter is not resolved without delay, you can cancel my contract because I refuse to continue supporting a company that treats customers this way.
I am beyond frustrated and expect urgent action on this matter.
