On the 1st December 2020 I had booked my Toyota for service. I was asked to bring the vehicle in at 06h30 via an sms. I dropped the vehicle and later around 14h00 called my service advisor Eulenda Maphake to which she advised that the vehicle was been worked on. Gut feeling said I should check when last the vehicle was started and to my surprise autotrak said the car was last started when I delivered the car. I then made my way to Toyota Arcadia around 15h45. When I got here Eulenda called as she saw me to say The technician Jeremiah had not started at 15h45. So from 6am- 4pm they had to began to work on the car. It is now 17h30 and I'm still waiting on the car.
Eulenda makes me sign the invoices but fails to make me sign the customer satisfaction sheet as we always do after a service.
I am now here standing alone waiting for the car to be delivered back to me, almost full 12 hours later .
