Titanium Securitas - Terrible Customer Service
Pity that I couldn't leave a zero star rating!! I was phoning around to get pricing for armed response on my property and was absolutely appalled at the zero level of customer service received from this company. The individual I spoke with over of the phone did not pay any attention to what I was enquiring, was screaming to his colleague in the background, asked me hurry with my questions and was simply hostile, rude and arrogant. They have made it a very easy decision NOT to use their services. How embarrassing.

Changing the agreement
I never had issues with the security company. I am renting the alarm system from them but since loadshedding starting I have been receiving sms's to say my battery is low. The original agreement was they will fix whatever is not working on the alarm as I am renting the system and paying more. Now they said they can't replace the battery and I must pay for my own battery but it is their system. Their reason is because they are not covered with their suppliers on these batteries which is not my problem and this was never communicated at all. I suggest that you follow up with them as this was never the agreement.

Reckless and Creepy Security Guys
I turned left at the robot next to the Shoprite warehouse in Brackenfell. As I turned left the next robot turned green. I was in the right lane and the Security truck was still stationary in the left converging lane at the robot. I drove by him at a steady speed, he then started to speed up like a mad man, trying to push in front of me. I had to speed up to avoid a collision, he then started to drive on my ass at an alarming speed - he kept on abruptly breaking behind me, so much that the entire body of the bakkie would shake. I stopped at the next robot - he pulled up next to me, tuned off his car, climbed out and approached my window yelling that he'll "get me locked up". For a security company that prides/fools themselves as the good guys - harassing a woman alone in her car sure seems counter productive. Date: 21/12/2021 around 14h00 Guy description: Bald, white and constipated.

Nr 1 Security company in Northern Suburbs
They are an excellent security company. Thee best that I have seen in years. you can contact them anytime and their security officers are there almost in a flash so to speak. even their emergency services is great. Their staff is not arrogant or rude or funny at all. They treat everyone so respectfully. They are really a security company you can count on any time of day. Their staff is well trained and you can see they do their jobs with pride and care. Well done Titanium Securitas on being the Nr1 security company in the Northern Suburbs.

UnSecure at Titanium
Overall bad service - and Im waiting months to be paid for my alarm system still in my previous premises that other Titanium clients have been using, waiting for Months for promises made of Free Months after receiving terrible service. The only time i see a titanium vehichle in my area is in traffic on my way home... I do not recommend using this company .
