I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Ticketpro. On the 10th, I purchased tickets through their platform, but never received them, despite the full amount being deducted from my bank account.
I immediately tried to resolve the issue by contacting Ticketpro, but to my frustration, there is no accessible customer service line to call. I then attempted to use their live chat feature, where I was briefly connected to an agent who did not assist me and abruptly ended the conversation without resolving my issue.
I spent hours trying to sort this out with no success, which ultimately forced me to purchase new tickets just to avoid missing the event. This is completely unacceptable.
I also sent a detailed email explaining the situation, yet days have passed with absolutely no response, no follow-up, and no refund. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I expect urgent feedback, a full refund for the tickets I never received, and a proper explanation as to how this situation will be prevented in future.
