The Rockefellar Hotel and Residence Cape Town is not a LUXURY!

From the moment I walked into the hotel the service was HORRIBLE! No one to help with carrying bags, I waited 20min it’s just to check in because there 1 person at the front desk, the room service menu is very limited - if you are lucky enough to even find the room service menu in your room ( we had to call and ask reception to bring it up ) and last but not least the water in the fridge is hot because the fridge is off!!!!

The staff is rude and just not willing to assist!

I stayed less than an hour, checked out and went to another hotel. The Manager did not even apologise!

It’s not worth it, not worth the price. The Rockefellar Hotel and Residence Cape Town is not a LUXURY !
