How wrong can they get it

I ordered a watch online from the store as a gift for someone with express delivery. I got sent a tracking number. Day 2 I tried to follow up but courier were adamant the hadn't received the parcel. Day 3 I chased everyone around to find out my tracking number I was sent was wrong. I received the watch day 3. It was the wrong watch. I had already given it to the recipient when I found this out! I know had to sent the watch back today and then they will courier me another one today ( why not yesterday as they created this situation) and when the correct watch arrives on Friday the recipient of the watch is no longer in Gauteng.<br> Never again!
