No Nonsense Warranty Claim

​I have had my Terratac multi-tool since December 2025 and I am never without it by my side. Out of all the functions, I tend to use the spring-loaded scissors most often—mostly on small cable ties and thin wires for work. I also frequently find myself using them at home to open milk cartons or sachets, or helping my kids with school projects. I never knew I needed to use a pair of scissors so often in my life! To say they work really hard would be an understatement, and to this end, the spring mechanism eventually snapped. ​I knew it carried a lifetime warranty, but I was still expecting the process to be difficult. I thought maybe they would question whether I had used it outside of its intended purpose—after all, scissors are usually for paper. I sent an email and stated my case. Later that day, I received a reply from Lulu, who thanked me for putting my Terratac through "real-world testing." She informed me that my replacement was on the way, and a few days later, a courier arrived with my shiny new Terratac multi-tool. A big thank you to Lulu and Terratac.
