No Nonsense Warranty Claim
I have had my Terratac multi-tool since December 2025 and I am never without it by my side. Out of all the functions, I tend to use the spring-loaded scissors most often—mostly on small cable ties and thin wires for work. I also frequently find myself using them at home to open milk cartons or sachets, or helping my kids with school projects. I never knew I needed to use a pair of scissors so often in my life! To say they work really hard would be an understatement, and to this end, the spring mechanism eventually snapped. I knew it carried a lifetime warranty, but I was still expecting the process to be difficult. I thought maybe they would question whether I had used it outside of its intended purpose—after all, scissors are usually for paper. I sent an email and stated my case. Later that day, I received a reply from Lulu, who thanked me for putting my Terratac through "real-world testing." She informed me that my replacement was on the way, and a few days later, a courier arrived with my shiny new Terratac multi-tool. A big thank you to Lulu and Terratac.

My Terratac X14 EDC is the ultimate Security Blanket
I received my Terratac X14 as a Christmas present from my wife and kids last year, not due to any hinting on my part :) My Terratac lives on my belt all day, every day, and I can honestly say I use it at least ten times a day: the knife, the Phillips ***** driver, the scissors, and the spring-loaded pliers. Today I arrived at a customer, and before we could proceed, we had to prune a tree, so I got to use the saw blade for the first time. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I can honestly say no man should be without his Terratac Multitool on his belt. If you don't already own a Terratac Multitool, you are truly missing out.

Service was seamless
Service was seamless. I was able to activate the insurance on my inflatables and third party liability on my installations and inflatable business all in one phone call.
