Tech Trek update on previous posting re my Dishwasher purchase: They don't have an actual website but operates from a Shopify page. I have reported them to Shopify. They were operating from an office space rental in the address listed but had moved out last year with [apparently] no forwarding details A paid (R30) CIPC report gives the directors full details with the business details I have also opened a SAPS ***** case. I also opened a Bank-to-Bank Possible *****ulent Merchant case

Headline: Order #TTK1510: Paid in December, Still No Delivery and then non refund! Review Text: I am writing this to record the status of my order #TTK1510. Date Ordered: 17 December 2025 Amount Paid: R5,329.00 Status: Goods have not been received. I have attempted to contact the merchant regarding the delivery schedule but have received no resolution. As of today (February 2026), the order remains unfulfilled. I am posting this simply to warn other consumers that delivery times are not being met. PS this is repost no 5 they are removing it and i wonder why? also go check out Trustpilot, much better that this site.

I ordered and paid for a Hisense 95L freezer on the 22nd January 2026. Immediate payment was done. Upto today 09 Febuary 2026 i have not received the freezer. As all the other complaints they DO NOT ANSWER CALLS OR EMAILS!. I enquired on their chat feature last week i was told my order is being dispatched and i would receive the delivery details on friday 6th. Today is Monday 09 no further communication has been received. They supply ignore all calls, chats and emails. I wish i had checked Hello Peter before i made payment.

My order was placed and paid for - received 2 emailed confirmations that the goods will be delivered with their own transport so no waybill numbers or courier company. No delivery took place. Then requested a refund and received mail below indicating refund in 3 working days. To date no refund received. Dear Z Marais, We confirm receipt of your formal refund request for order TTK1683.
