Unprofessional

This company is very unprofessional and liers.. My parents got bumped by one of their trucks that was overloaded the driver lost control and dumped my parents car the driver admitted that he was wrong he lsot control because of the load he was carrying.. My parents went too police station everything was taken down drivers name and registration of the truck. The company promised to pay they said my parents should make a quatations of which they did.. Till today their offices don't answer calls and the foreman blocked our numbers. I tried calling and emailing them dololo
