I am writing to express the collective concerns and dissatisfaction of the employees regarding several issues that have been affecting our working conditions, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. Despite our efforts to address these concerns through internal channels, we feel that our voices are not being heard, and the situation remains unresolved. The key issues we would like to bring to your attention are: 1. *Breach of Contract*: We believe that certain clauses of our employment contracts are not being adhered to, which is causing uncer*****y and insecurity among employees. 2. *Unfavorable Working Conditions*: The current working conditions are not conducive to productivity and well-being. We urge you to consider improvements to create a more supportive work environment. 3. *Shortage of Salaries*: There have been delays and inconsistencies in salary payments, which are causing financial hardship for many employees. 4. *No Consultation between Employer and Employee*: We feel that there is a significant gap in communication between management and employees. Important decisions are made without consulting us, and we are not kept informed about changes that affect our work. 5. *Poor Communication*: The lack of effective communication has led to misunderstandings, errors, and frustration among employees. 6. *No Practice of Batho Pele Principles*: We believe that the principles of Batho Pele (People First) are not being practiced, which emphasizes the importance of putting people first in our service delivery. 7. *No Consultation on Decisions Affecting Workers*: We are concerned that decisions that directly impact our work and well-being are made without our input or consideration. 8. *Retaliation for Complaining about Salaries*: When we complained about the inconsistencies in our salaries, our working hours were cut off, which we believe is a retaliatory measure. This has caused undue hardship for many employees. 9. *Lack of Night Allowance*: We have not been receiving night allowance, which is a significant concern for employees working night shifts. 10. *Inadequate Transportation Arrangements*: Operators are being transported in trucks without proper shelter or warmth during cold weather, which is unacceptable and poses health risks. Furthermore, we are not provided with jackets to protect us from the cold. We also have concerns about the role of the Project Liaison Officer (PLO). We feel that the PLO is not effectively listening to our problems or working collaboratively with us as required. This has contributed to the breakdown in communication and trust. We kindly request that you take immediate action to address these concerns. We believe that open communication, consultation, and a commitment to improving working conditions will go a long way in resolving these issues. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss these matters further and explore solutions that benefit both employees and the organization. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tarkastad Labour's Stop n Go Operators
